I am a 22 year old man who's passion is photography. I am originally from England, but have lived in Norway for the last 15 years. I live together with my fiancee Sunniva, in a small town called Kongsberg. We are getting married in the summer 2010.
I am currently completing the last year of a three-year computer science bachelor degree, and do photography in my spare time.
I have been interested in photography for several years, but only became serious about it the autumn 2007 when I bought my D80.
My favorite photography genres are; street, underground-photography, nature and portraiture. Lately I have become interested in using multiple off camera flashguns to create interesting light. This is something I will try to learn to master in the future.
As you can see on this website, I have a "thing" for black and white photography. I feel that the lack of colours, often brings the viewer closer to the content and message that the picture portrays.
I would like to thank my parents for giving me their old analogue photography equipment, to get me started before I could afford to purchase my own equipment. I still use some of this equipment from time to time.
